Bulk Cargo Transport Services

Bulk cargo transport refers to the shipping of large quantities of goods that are typically not packed in containers but are loaded directly into the hold of a ship. This method is commonly used for goods that are loose or in a homogeneous form, such as raw materials, agricultural products, and industrial commodities.

Types of Bulk Cargo

Dry Bulk Cargo
This includes goods like grains, coal, iron ore, cement, and other dry materials. These are typically transported in large quantities in the cargo holds of specialized ships called bulk carriers.

Liquid Bulk Cargo
Liquid bulk includes commodities such as crude oil, refined petroleum products, chemicals, and liquefied natural gas (LNG). These are transported in tankers that have tanks designed to hold large volumes of liquid.

Breakbulk Cargo
While not considered bulk in the strictest sense, breakbulk refers to cargo that is loaded individually and not in containers. Examples include large machinery, steel products, or construction materials.

Project Cargo
This type of bulk cargo involves the transportation of large, heavy, and often over-dimensional items such as equipment for construction projects, power plants, or industrial machinery.
